I work solo, occasionally with a subcontractor covered under my public liability insurance, which means the person who quotes your job is the person who does it. ### What I specialise in Gas and boiler work sits at the centre of it, installation, repair, servicing and CP12 certificates, as an engineer approved by both Vaillant and Worcester Bosch, so those installs can be registered for up to 10 years parts and labour. Around that sits power flushing, underfloor heating service and repair, hot water cylinder service and repair, smart heating controls, basin and sink replacements, and emergency water and gas leaks. A good share of my work is emergency water and gas leaks, so if something has gone wrong today, say so when you call. ### Where I work From my base in Epsom I cover Epsom, Cobham, Banstead, Leatherhead, Ashtead, Reigate, Redhill, Walton-on-Thames, Worcester Park, Esher, Weybridge, Chessington, Dorking, Fetcham, Effingham, Belmont, Carshalton, Sutton, along with the wider Surrey and South West London area. Anything likely to run beyond three to four hours is quoted as a fixed price instead, so a long job never becomes an open-ended bill. ### Safety comes before convenience If a gas appliance is unsafe I will tell you plainly and explain the options rather than patch it up.
